Original Shower Scene with Mark

Nah, i don't think so. Guess that's a fake made with AI.
Pam was supposed to find Mark dead in the shower, which would have been the cliffhanger.
Why should they film Mark looking in that strange angle (to the wall?), with the shower door open when we were supposed to just see him dead?
Makes no sense to me.
Also, the shower head is in the wrong location and the doves on the tiles don't follow the correct pattern. They are ending with a white dove in the upper row in the corner and a dark dove in the lower row.
In the picture with Mark it's the other way around. Plus, those pink tiles only appear in the scene where they shot Patrick on another location, their "real" bathroom had mostly white tiles. So why would they film with John Beck in that same secret location as with Duffy, when none of the other actors apart from Duffy were supposed to know about that scene? Devil's in the details.

No, that was from one of the late episodes of the Dream Season. It ends up with Pam getting into the shower and kissing Pornstache...

they must have cut away from the scene before it was revealed he had died during the kissing!

DALLAS' "Conundrum" should have ended with a re-use of the footage of Pam waking up and going to the shower, opening the door, and the camera pans down to find Mark (or a lookalike Aquarian actor) on the shower floor, Pam screams, "Maaaaaaaaark!!" all echo-y, and they pan in on the shower drain (like PSYCHO), fade to black, no music.
It would allow the audience to revisit the five-year-old dream scenario -- including those who disliked it -- and re-think it: what parts of DALLAS were a dream and what parts weren't?
Of course, Victoria would have to permit the footage to be used. And she'd charge her full salary -- plus a bit more -- to do so.

Mark would then have to be a vegan activist and a trans person of colour. Just gay is not diverse enough. 
All that is getting on my nerves SO hard. All that counts for me is, if someone is a good/acceptable person or an asshole. That's how people should make
up their opinion about others. Not the stupid sexual identity, skin colour or heritage, i don't give a sh*t about these things. Because that's nothing you can change or do anything about, it's pure coincidence.
But you can certainly choose between being a good person or an asshole. And that's what counts. IMO.
