I keep thinking about his return.
I was glad he left when he did because it was all getting too much between him and Julie, but now he's returning, I'm quite happy with the idea. If anything it gives us another more mature character
I've read this statement a few times
"It is understood that the former headteacher at Bessie Street School will return to support his friends Ken Barlow and Roy Cropper as they face some troubled times".
and I'm really curious to why Roy will need his support. Roy is planning to marry Cathy, so it should be all roses and happy thoughts, now I'm wondering if they are going to kill off Cathy in a shock twist, only it's not much of a shock twist if that quote above is a clue...
