I can't remember the last time I was this disappointed about characters being written out of one of the soaps. They both seemed to have settled into the show so well, especially Pam who I think had the makings of an all time great Enders character. It's hard to understand the decision. The Pam scenes over the last few weeks have been so lovely and believable. They were two types of characters that the show really needed.
