The Secretary of State For International Trade, Liz Truss has appointed 253 people as trade advisers since July. Of them, 75% are men and 95% are white. Her other government role is the Minister for Women & Equalities. So shameful is her record, not only is she not doing anything to address the lack of opportunities for women and people who are black, Asian and minority ethnic, she is scrapping Government race and gender targets.
