A fan has gone to a great deal of time and effort to create opening credits, for a modern FALCON CREST show. The 2nd season version 2 is my favourite of the bunch. There are a couple of familiar faces from the NEW DALLAS in there; one actress from the CLASSIC DALLAS, a famous film star, FC stalwarts (David Selby, Lorenzo Lamas, Dana Sparks, Abby Dalton, Margaret Ladd and William R. Moses) and new faces for the roles of the younger generation. Photos from the original show are used were applicable, for the particular character.

Angela is with her grandson Michael, in the Falcon Crest study. Angela is looking at the ‘TIME’ magazine, featuring Richard, (a scene from season 8, 1988-’89):
Angela: “Michael can you read that?”
Michael: “Yes!”
Angela: “What does it say?”
Michael: “Richard Channing decline and fall.”
Angela: “You know what it means?”
Michael: “Not exactly.”
Angela: “It means that your daddy got too big, for his britches.”
Michael: “Daddy says that no one can get too big. He says that one day I’m gonna run an empire of my own and that mine will be bigger than his.”
Angela: “Oh!”
She then gives Michael a hug, “well I certainly hope you hold onto your britches.”
