Message: <blockquote data-quote="darkshadows38" data-source="post: 244045" data-attributes="member: 19">why don't you just buy the series? it's on dvd hell i have the complete series on dvd. but the series is at least the 1st two seasons anyways, are about Ryan, Mickey &  Jack i had to think about it for a minute well Ryan & Mickey's Uncle at least i believe they are cousins had run an Antique Shop and they were all cursed items ya see Louis that's his name had made a deal with the devil & in the Pilot by the looks of it tried to get out of it and the devil killed Louis though he did show up in the show once in awhile his spirit even haunted the shop for an episode.   anyways so those 3 are gonna close the shop and start selling things off & than they found a notebook and in it well it said about the cursed objects & them feeling Guilty that they sold Cursed items to innocent people than they go and get them back i forget how many items there were suppose to be i want to say 300 but i could be wrong.  the way the show was SUPPOSE to end was at the very end the last item was going to be Jason's Mask. but the thing that went wrong with the show was simply this 1. it aired at from my understanding at Dinner time kinda how like the Nightmare on Elm Street show did that as well & it that one was SUPPOSE to air late on during the night like at 10:00 pm just like this show was meant to but they aired it like 7:00 for whatever reasons.   well it's not a show you watch a dinner neither show really at least not with the family anyways, on both shows they did a lot of Controversial episodes and the one that got it taken off the air it was during season 3 and here's what it was Johnny carelessly sells a cursed car radio to the brother of a racist man. The racist travels back in time and tries to prevent his father, a member of "The Klan", from being convicted of murder. it was called Hate On your Dial Original November 18th (1989) i believe and i think CBS aired it. i do not remember it even being on the air to be honest. but CBS really had no problem with the show as far as i can tell but they got a lot of complaints and with the airing of that episode i think was the final straw but i could be wrong on the episode. according the Wikipedia they were filming episode 20th episode and the one episode i mentioned was the 7th episode apparently so maybe i'm wrong on the episode. but anyways during the filming of episode 20 the cast & Crew were told to close up as the show got canned and it was so fast they never got a chance to do a REAL ending which just pisses me off. Ryan was gone after the season 3 Premiere as John D. Le May who was also in Jason goes to Hell as well (1993)  he was the only cast member to appear in one of the films  but not as Ryan. anyways he left the show and a new guy came in with the name of Johnny i believe his name is. he was a decent character but Ryan was kinda like the heart of the show really.  i first saw the show on the Scifi-Channel back in the late 90's when the channel was still good before it turned into the shit stain it is now.  it was Produced by Frank Mancuso Jr. who produced friday parts 2-4? i think i forget which one was his last one movie wise. but the show is well worth a watch, watch a bit of the show online before you buy it but the show is i think worth a watch. it's one of those shows that's had a lot of now famous names as well. we lost Jack as he died a few years back so they can't do an actual ending sadly. but i would love it if they did do that and just write that he was either killed or died but i really doubt that will ever happen cause i dunno even if there's an audience for it to be honest.</blockquote>
