I had not heard of this series until I saw a trailer for the second season. It grabbed me immediately. It feels a little like LOST, only in scary, ‘monsters under the bed’ kinda way. Now halfway into the second season, we are loving it.

In a nightmarish town in Middle America that traps those who enter, unwilling residents strive to stay alive and search for a way out, plagued by terrifying nocturnal creatures from the surrounding forest and secrets hidden in the town.

I was told by my aunt I would like this while visiting her over the weekend. She's been waiting on season 3 coming but re-watched the first 5 episodes of season 1 with me while I stayed at her house. I too right away thought of LOST. It stars Harold Perrineau who plated Michael in LOST and it's produced by at least one LOST producer. I really am enjoying it, as I loved the relationships on LOST that seem to being mirrored here. I also love the weird vampire horror aspect of it. Though some of the plot points seem to be lifted directly from LOST, maybe it feels a bit derivative at times. Though it's not very long seasons and it's a fun, scary little show.

One of my favourite series. The ending of season 3 was shocking. I really don’t know how this will end there is so many twist and turns.
