Reboots can be great. But I see disadvantages to them. Its the timing and the ages of the actors. It was wonderful to see Larry Hagman,Linda Gray and Patrick Duffy in those charactors again. The problem was Larrys health. We got to see him as a last hurrah. I wonder if I would have watched Nu Dallas if I had know about Larrys death? I do not know. I was reminded of this because I now have another reboot. Murphy Brown with Candice Bergen. Candice is 72 years old and has had a stroke. Will she be around or will she do a Larry Hagman. I think that I would have watched and that I will watch Murphy Brown. Because I still would have wanted to see them all.
