What one person considers harassment varies from how another defines it.

The definition is no problem area. There are clear definitions of it:
"harassment (typically of a woman) in a workplace, or other professional or social situation, involving the making of unwanted sexual advances or obscene remarks".
Legal Dictionary writes "Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature that tendsto create a hostile or offensive work environment. /.../ A key part of the definition is the use of the word unwelcome. Unwelcome or uninvited conduct or communication of a sexualnature is prohibited; welcome or invited actions or words are not unlawful."
I fail to see how we can argue about the definition. It's pretty clear.

But you say "it's clear" about everything. Of course there are laws. But that has little bearing on what someone decides is sexual harassment as it pertains to themselves.

I think it was in bad taste that Kevin came "out" I think he could have done it in a more tasteful manner and as for the drunk remark would have been better if he would have said he dos not rember after all it was 30 years ago doesn't the statue of limitations run out no I am not condoning sexual harassment but come on this is redonkulas

It is redonkulas. Spacey should have either not responded at all or, yes, claim he didn't remember at all.
Then again, there's also the choice of saying publicly: "I luvs me the boyz and I still can't get enough!" which is what I really wished he'd said.

Then there's the weird topic about age of consent laws -- they're different everywhere, including in different states. Many states in America have 16 as the age of consent, while a few others had up until recently 14 as acceptable martial age with consent of the parents (which was resulting in pubescent daughters being sold into marriage to well-moneyed older men).
But we tend to act like 18 is the universal legal standard.

Now, a local female anchorwoman has come out and said that in 2015, her star struck 18 year old son met Kevin Spacey in a restaurant someplace, that Spacey, in his mid-fifties, got the kid drunk and then stuck his hand down his pants. The kid struggled to move from Spacey's grasp, Spacey invited the boy to "a party" and then excused himself to the bathroom.
While the actor was away from the table, a female customer who'd witnessed the entire thing (gee, out in the open, Kevin??) came over and told the boy to get out of there, which he did.
Allegedly.
Now 20, the boy's mother, the anchorwoman, has held a press conference to tell her son's tale, and of how traumatized her was. And still is.
But given that the kid was 18 at the time of the assault, why is he nowhere in sight? Who's idea was it to go public, if the kid is continuing to lay low?

Oustpoken as ever, Morrissey has now weighed in on the Spacey and Weinstein accusations.
Mixed feelings here. I find some of it quite distasteful, but I may be missing the context since his comments have been translated from English to German and back into English (original German article here). Other observations of his have some valid points.
This is a worrying comment but also quite telling. It sums up the danger of the current trending harassment bandwagon for me: the very real possibility that people coming forward with genuine experiences will get lost in the sea of much louder voices and consequently won't be met with the support, credence or even acknowledgement they need and deserve.

i have no idea if he is guilty or not, but that does sound like the mother wants the attention more than the kid does. also if what Rapport said is true, than why the hell didn't he press charges 31 years ago? Spacey was a nobody back than and would have gone to jail no doubt. but i find it hard to believe any of these people are gonna have their careers ruined
