M*A*S*H Star David Ogden Stiers Has Died

American actor David Ogden Stiers, who was probably best best known for his role in the US comedy series M*A*S*H, has died at the age of 75. He played the role of Major Charles Emerson Winchester III in the series and also was the voice of Cogsworth in the Disney cartoon Beauty and The Beast. He died of bladder cancer on Saturday night.

I always thought he was a great actor not least because he had such a great voice.
