A touch of glamour is about to breeze into Hollyoaks as Dallas legend Linda Gray’s first appearance dawns – but Marnie Nightingale isn’t exactly thrilled at the prospect of her mum, Tabby’s visit.

James has contacted Tabby, hoping that she can help with Marnie’s money problems in the wake of Jude Cunningham’s scam leaving her in financial difficulty. As Marnie worries about how Tabby will react to the fact that she is back with Mac, she desperately tries to keep the impending visit from him.

Marnie then seeks Tony’s help in sweet talking Tabby on her arrival in the hope that she will be in a good mood. By sweet talk, she means seduce and Tony is a bit unsure but he eventually agrees.

Marnie calls Tabby to confirm the visit and viewers will first see the newcomer as Marnie braces herself to break the news of her reunion with Mac.

Realising her daughter needs her influence more than ever, Tabby heads to Hollyoaks – but how will she react when she finds Tony waiting for her with his best seductive moves?

Corrupted Cameron

Cameron’s luck runs out when Celine confronts him with the video of him setting fire to the maze. Worried his crimes will finally catch up with him, Cameron tries to stall her from going to the police while Leela has her scan at the hospital, but he finds himself with a way out when he overhears Celine talking to Tegan about when she tried to kill Pete.

Saint Sienna

Sienna still wants Warren to pay for leaving Nico in the maze, while Warren’s busy trying to find out who set it on fire. Sienna visits the garage to find Warren with Jesse, has he found out what happened?

Warren is distracted by an infected wound on Sienna’s arm and orders her to go to the hospital, but her health takes a turn for the worst when she’s left alone.

When Myra goes to Sienna’s rescue, she tells Sienna about her killer son, Niall (yep, the one who tried to take out his whole family… in a church.) and suggests that Sienna could take comfort from the Bible. Willing to try anything, Sienna goes to church, but she’s greeted by Joel, and he’s concerned by her thirst for revenge.

A Touch of Dallas

When Marnie suffers with money problems, doting son James calls his grandmother, Tabby to help out. Marnie is desperate to hide Tabby’s visit from Mac as the pair aren’t exactly the best of friends, so she asks Tony to sweet-talk Tabby to butter her up before she asks for a loan.

Funnily enough, Tony’s sceptical when he finds out that Marnie wants him to seduce her mother, but he eventually agrees and Marnie calls Tabby to confess that she’s back with Mac…

Family Ties

Goldie is desperate for a roof over her head so she can get her kids back, but the McQueens wont take her in. Using some good old McQueen logic, Goldie thinks that if she gets arrested, Myra will sympathise with her. She tries her hardest to wind up Dirk, (aka the softest guy in town) but no matter how hard Goldie tries to vandalise The Emporium, Dirk won’t call the police.

Back at the McQueens’ place, John Paul finds Goldie’s sons, Prince and Hunter in the house and Goldie cheekily asks if they can all stay… but their decision is one they soon come to regret.

Osbornes on the Run

Cindy is delighted when OB returns, and together they are determined to find the Osbornes. With Grace’s help, Cindy gives Eva another lead for the Osbornes case, but the dodgy cop records Liam talking about being shot by Grace and blackmails him to keep his mouth shut about her vendetta against Jack.

Grace and Cindy eventually find out Jack had been paying Kim £500 a month. They manage to locate Kim, and Eva, Grace and Cindy turn up at her front door… but will she have any useful information for them?

Dallas legend Linda Gray is back in soapland next week when she makes her Hollyoaks debut.

Gray - best known for playing JR Ewing's alcoholic wife Sue Ellen in the '80s Texas-set drama - has now taken on the role of Tabitha Maxwell-Brown, the mother of Marnie Nightingale (Lysette Anthony).

Viewers will get their first sight of Gray in Hollyoaks on Tuesday 15 November when Tabitha gets a telephone call to see whether she can help with the Nightingales' money woes.

Marnie's plan is for Tony to seduce Tabby upon her arrival in order to make sure that she's in a good mood when asked for a loan. But will Tony go through with the scheme? And how will Tabby react when she finds out that Marnie is back with Mac?

When asked about his plans for the character of Tabby and the presence of Gray on the C4 soap, Hollyoaks boss Bryan Kirkwood said: "She could be semi-regular. Conversations are continuing. She is a natural member of the Nightingale family.

"When you look at the lineage of the family with Marnie and Ellie, all three of them are stunning women and I totally believe in it. I’d love to have her back!’

I think her first appearance might be going out on Monday at 7pm on E4 (Tuesday Channel 4 at 6.30pm). Her scheming (but recently seeming much less dastardly than previously) grandson James Nightingale has been contacting her to help bail his mum Marnie out of her money troubles because Jude Cunningham (1996-98, Oct-Nov 2016) scammed her out of £60,000. Tabitha isn't too keen on her ex-son-in-law Mac Nightingale. In September, Mac beat up James and it was revealed that he been continually beating James since childhood.

But Tony is the longest serving cast member! Just hope his wife Diane doesn't find out. She's in France, while her portrayer has been having a baby.

The first images of Dallas star Linda Gray in Hollyoaks reveal her character Tabby Maxwell-Brown receiving the phone call that will bring her to Chester.

The actress, 76, is best known for her role as Sue Ellen Ewing, the wife of Larry Hagman's infamous character JR Ewing in the 1980s series.

She will first appear in the E4 soap Hollyoaks tomorrow when Tabby's daughter Marnie Nightingale, played by Lysette Anthony, calls her at her home in Los Angeles.

Linda Gray is about to make her long awaited and glamorous debut in Hollyoaks as Marnie Nightingale’s mum Tabby – and these are the first scenes which show her taking an anxious call from her daughter from her exotic villa.

As Tabby is delighted to hear from Marnie, who is calling to finalise arrangements for her upcoming visit, her expression soon darkens when Marnie tentatively lets slip that she is back with Mac. Clearly not a fan, Tabby realises just how important it is that she makes her way to Hollyoaks pronto – and trouble is officially on its way.

Linda Gray has filmed several episodes for the soap which will see her clash with Mac as well as come up against a seduction attempt courtesy of hapless Tony Hutchinson. But whether or not her relationship with Marnie will be damaged during the scenes remain to be seen.

Linda is most famous for playing soap icon Sue Ellen in Dallas and you can expect her Hollyoaks stint to be every bit as glam, bitchy and soaptastic as you’d expect from THE Linda Gray.

The Dallas legend Linda Gray will be making her first appearance as Marnie’s mum, Tabby, next week!

Viewers already know that the Dallas legend Linda Gray will be making her way to Hollyoaks, and we will finally see her first scenes in Monday 14th November E4 episode.

Fans will see Marnie will try and persuade Tabby to help bail her out financially after falling for Jude’s property scam.

James invites Tabby to the UK for a visit, in the hope that she will help Marnie out.

However, Marnie may have a bit of a fight on her hands as Tabby hates Mac and Marnie has to bite the bullet and tell her that they are back together!

Will Tabby play nice or will there be fireworks?

Twisted Mac was charged with criminal damage after trashing the Donovan’s salon, so when Tabby discovers his punishment she finds it all rather fitting. Viewers will first see Dallas legend Linda Grey as Marnie’s mum Tabby during tomorrow night’s First Look E4 episode.

Grandson James is seen making a call to her Hollywood home ahead of her arrival in the village. But it leaves Marnie stuck in the middle between her man and her mum.

A Hollyoaks insider said: “James calls Tabby as they are struggling financially, but he also knows it will rile his estranged dad Mac. Tabby always believed that her daughter married beneath her and has never approved of their relationship.

“When he is forced to complete his community service picking up litter, she can’t help herself”
