To start off with...
Kelly and Brandon are (unhappily) married. Brandon is involved with politics and they live in Beverly Hills, 90210. Kelly's a gala gal, involved with lots of activites and likes to show off her "happy" life with Brandon - both not-so-quietly judge the lifestyles of their social circle for not keeping up with them. At home - they are aggressively passive-aggressive; Kelly has a not-so-secret coke habit and Brandon likes boozin' and gamblin'. They have a couple of children known as "What's-His-Face" and "What's-Their-Name" - their upbringing is obnoxiously progressive in the most regressive way possible.
Brenda Walsh. She's a successful West End actress whose head is in the business and occasionally comes into town to chew out her brother for being such an ass to his wife - despite all that went down she does have a soft spot for Kelly, even if Kelly doesn't reciprocate that sentiment. She had an on-and-off fling with Dylan McKay, until he tragically passed in a motorcycle accident in Baja.
Cindy Walsh is a family therapist - her loving husband Jim passed away in a tragic sauna accident about two decades ago. Jim might , or might not, be alive and live off screen with Morton Muntz, ready for his own spin-off. She quietly judges Brandon and loves her spunky wise daughter Brenda.
Steve and Janet are messy AF parents with a lot of kids. They still live in Casa Walsh - to everyone on the outside they are an absolute mess, but has the most stable relationship of them all.
Meanwhile, Donna Martin is building her own following - while not hugely successful as a designer, she absolutely holds her own and supports herself by the trade. Ultimately, Donna might not be cut throat, but she's built a solid market and connections for herself via her positive do-gooder attitude and lovely personality. She has a bunch of kids - or however many Tori herself has at the moment - with her ex-husband, known as L O S E R ....
David Silver. He's seriously bitter and failed in all his career options. His former ex wife tried to support his ambitions, but it wasn't enough, because it's never enough with David. He supports himself by being a small time DJ at a local radio station - he never pays child support on time (which Donna overlooks because she doesn't need it).
Valerie Malone has spent the last two or so decades climbing the corporate ladder. She's fierce and ambitious. She still has a soft spot for David - she might view him as a complete wretch but sees potential in him and she's suddenly back in Los Angeles for business...
Would you watch?
Because I think it was the only interesting aspect of the 2019 reboot.
