After weeks of saying her was willing to defend himself in court, Prince Andrew has capitulated and agreed to pay Virginia Giuffre an undisclosed amount to end her claim for compensation for sex abuse she said was carried out on her by Andrew. As Andrew doesn't work, no doubt the UK taxpayer will indirectly be paying for the settlement. Andrew still denies any wrong doing but has agreed that Ms Giuffre should receive a large sum of money. We can draw our own conclusion from that regarding what we think actually happened.
Anyone saying Ms Giuffre was only out for money needs to take note that the money will go to her charities in support of victims rights.
It has been said that Andrew has withdrawn from public life and won't return. The same people said that when Charles married Camilla she would not accept the title of Queen.
