Reminds me of those professional University students. They don't actually have a job. Their lot in life is attending University year after year, earning another piece of paper. They then proclaim to know everything except how the world truly operates outside the confines of their classrooms. This would be the same fickle crowd protesting that University should be free for all. What they mean to say is I should work my butt off so they can continue on their education journey without contributing to society...that is paying taxes.

One day I'd love the opportunity to snort their rarefied air.

Found it! Very, very interesting.
I agree with the ideas. Women give birth. That obviously takes incredible power.
A fascinating piece of scripture for me is when Jesus performs his very first miracle, turning water to wine, he first refuses to do so. It's only after Mary takes control over the situation and basically orders him to do it that he complies.
I bet most religions have comparable stories.
