I was getting that screen, too. I've been using Firefox lately but I found that it worked on the old Internet Explorer. I eventually got back in by typing the address in manually using the www prefix.

There was a database error which took a while to fix. I believe something is causing the server to crash due to an overload of the storage capacity.

Maybe some of images being uploaded are too large.

Virtually every night at 8:04pm eastern time, the site goes down. It usually goes back to normal after I reboot the server, but I have to make a point to be near the computer.
There must be some kind of change that occurs on that server every night at that time, because it doesn't go down at any other time. It got more frequent after Thanksgiving; now it's almost every night.

This was a different issue, the server was working but the tables in the database were damaged due to upload capacity going over.

Yes, I knew the event last night was different simply because the soapchat logo was there. When the site needs a reboot, it just won't come up at all and I get the generic IE "try again/check the address" screen.
