I've seen so much slating of Emmerdale's recent storyline surrounding Jacob and Maya, even though it's only fictional.
But, does anyone remember the Kelly Windsor and teacher Tom Bainbridge storyline from back in 1996 and 1997?
Many people look back to the 90s as a golden era for Emmerdale, yet when they do stuff like this nowadays, feel it's out of character for the programme. :/
