It was mentioned a couple years ago when it aired, but one of the last episodes of This is Us found the Mandy Moore character watching Knots on TV, followed by a scene where she was reading the final line of Goodnight Moon ("Noises Everywhere " to her baby daughter)

I can't remember the exact quote but I think one of the Designing Women says something about sitting up watching Knots Landing and eating Oreos.

It´s also mentioned in "The Crown" - Season 5 episode 8. Prince William tell Queen Mum, what´s on TV:
"They have repeats of Dallas, Knots Landing, and The Bill."

Knots Landing was mentioned in the American Horror Story episode "Room Service" (Season 4). In the dialogue, a character referenced Knots Landing, and the episode also featured a storyline with a similar theme to a Knots Landing episode about a haunted house.
