Isn't it illegal to do something like this!? I don't know who Trump thought he was fooling when he said that he was doing it because of the costs for operations. If that was really the case, then he could have just said that the government won't pay for the operations, not create a ban. This is discrimination, and unfortunately, it will continue. Once Congress comes back from recess, most of them will aid Trump in doing everything they can to kill disabled Americans. And I highly doubt that anyone (even the courts) will do much to fight for them. Because both parties have never given a s*** about people with disabilities.

Healthcare costs for transgender service members makes up 0.017-0.4% of the DOD's annual healthcare costs, so it's definitely not about that.

When you have a majority of assholes on your side, you can thumb your nose at the law and get away with it. It's open season on the poor, the elderly, the disabled, minorities, and the LGBTQ community, while war criminals and lawbreakers like Sheriff Joe Arpaio are rewarded for their crimes. Draft dodger Donald thinks he's fit to tell a group of people they can't serve in the military. To call him scum would be an insult to scum.
