Helen Reddy - Take What You Find
Ooh, yeah! I'm not sure if her voice is best suited to disco -- she sounds a bit like someone's auntie on a coach trip to Studio 54 -- but I like it. My choice is a bit disco-y too:
Helen Reddy - Take What You Find
Future Islands - Ran
I agree, it's a great song and instantly likeable, as if I've known this song for a very long time now.'Sign of the Times' by Harry Styles. It's BIG!
How very kind. I always thought a twice marked down discount Jagger.I guess that's just their way of saying how good it really is.
I'd say a cross between Rod Stewart and Robbie Williams.
Heard this in a Gelato shop while in Rome, I have no idea what they are singing, but the song is a total blast.
My My Generation - Decibel
Apart from the hits, I know little of this group and I would never have guessed it was them. I can hear the Blondie vibe towards the end.My favourite new discovery is 'Memory of You', a Girls Aloud B-side which sounds ever so like Blondie:
I had to remind myself that it was English, because at some point it started to sound East-European.'The Black Swan' by Jake Thackray
