I like this one more than the rest ! But only because Sable would contact Krystle to help her and so we could see how the friendship they have in season 9 is born.

I like the “contact Krystle” angle, but I don’t see how that story on The Colbys can explain the birth of the friendship Krystle and Sable have in Dynasty’s Season 9. The 2 characters are not the same women on either show.

Sable of The Colbys S.3 is still a Sable who knows that her nephew Jeff inherited half of ColbyCo from his uncle Cecil.

Whereas, Krystle of Dynasty S.8 is a woman who (along with her husband and step-son-in-law Jeff at the very least) knows that Jeff never inherited from his uncle Cecil.

There are some inconsistencies between the two shows but there are some inconsistencies within both shows so I don't think we can't state there are some different characters with the same names between "Dynasty' and "The Colbys".
That applies to the reboot only.

Wasn't Bliss written out at the end of season 2 or did they plan to bring her back in season 3?

She wasn't written out in an official way, but she didn't appear in the finale. There were rumours that Bliss was going to be out in a potential season 3, but those are just that, rumours.

Aaron Spelling must've liked Claire Yarlett enough though, considering she was cast in that failed Charlie's Angels '88 and later in his syndicated hospital soap University Hospital and then Robin's Hoods.
