I think the best thing would be if Celine Dion could just reschedule the European leg of the tour until next year. But maybe she's already booked on other locations then.

But yeah I'd rather have the concert to look forward to at a later date than to just get my money back.

Not that I know of. I imagine we could possibly have to wear masks, but I can deal with that. It's like a year from now. By that time children will have to be at school and people will have to be back at work, travel and flights will have resumed, a concert isn't that different.

The funny thing is i would go to Celine Dion's concert tonight, but the crisis made it impossible, but i'm glad I just received an email from Ticketmaster that my Celine Dion concert in the Netherlands will take place on Monday April 5, I hope it can continue and that it will not be postponed again. ;):dance:

I did get an e-mail today saying my Celine Dion concert was postponed until June 2021. I think the date they gave me was 13th.
I need to let my friends know about this tomorrow. Now I am yet again looking forward to something that's a year away! :danc:

Today Celine Dion announced that her European "Courage" tour has been moved to 2022, I had actually already assumed that no concerts were possible this year, luckily Celine Dion is now coming to the Netherlands on 9, 10 and 12 September, and I can easily plan my vacation during that period. Of course I am a bit sad, but luckily we have something to look forward to when everything becomes more normal again.

Thanks for posting this. I read about this here before I read the official announcement in my mailbox. I am really looking forward to see Celine in Stockholm next year. :danc:

I don't even mind that I'll have to wait another year. Actually considering how the situation with Covid-19 still is the announcement was sort of expected and I was relieved that they have postponed the tour again rather than just cancelling it.

Me too, real fans don't mind to wait a little longer, and i agree considering how the Covid-19 situation is now, i'm glad it moved to next year.

I hope you will have a great trip to Stockholm next year too @Karin Schill. :)

I have said this before but I never really got the need for a Celine Dion biopic. She's not really had that colourful a life. She's not had to overcome alcohol or drug addiction. She's not been a victim of abuse. She's not had many marriages. A Whitney biopic would be interesting, if done right. Obviously Tina Turner's was great and in recent times there have been more musical ones like the Elton John and Freddie Mercury ones but a Celine Dion one... Even as huge fan, I don't see what it could tell me or show me that I don't already know. And I don't think there is enough drama in her life to sustain a film like that.
