I never had much of a reaction to spring pollen until I left my thirties.

I'm not sure how it is in your parts of the world, but this year I've had easily the worst long-term pollen reaction of my life... We've had zero rain for five weeks -- the heaviest of the pollen season -- and all the pollen that's fallen remains in the air, still blowing around, going nowhere.

I've taken everything I can -- supplements, antihistamines, etc. -- and very little has worked. Full body pain, every joint from head to toe, obviously congestion, vampirizing depression, and a grisly level of endless all-purpose discomfort that never abates.

My body is utterly wracked with inflammation, and has been for at least a month... Isn't inflammation detrimental to your long-term health, especially when it goes on for so long?? (Especially at my age).

I feel like I want to die. Or, like I might die whether I want to or not.

Have you tried cleaning your sinuses? Nothing clears up my allergies better than a sinus rinse -- either a neti pot or a sinus irrigator.
