Michael Nader's pic is darn sexy. As for Billy Campbell, he has looked drop dead hot in anything he appeared EXCEPT for DYNASTY. The show deserves some credit for making him so unappealing lest anyone find male to male attraction possible.

A 2022 Dynasty Christmas update, quoted from the Denver Mirror:

"It's not going to be a swell Christmas for our beloved oil tycoonette, Alexis Morell Carrington Colby Dexter Rowan, as 43 of her former male secretaries have come forward as being victim of the so-called "job interview couch".
Their case - #ToMe - will be represented by courtroom melodrama stalwart, D.A. Jake Dunham.
Naturally the big question is: will there be a surprise witness? Hold on to your mittens, dear citizens, because there's always something going on in Denver".

This smells like a set up, a conspiracy, and in my opinion it has written "Caress Morell" all over it :censer:

Really, even then we talked about that -- he was too gayed up. Although the producers apparently denied his request to wear a bow tie. I don't know if he asked to be tied up in a boa.

But DYNASTY could de-sexify anybody and anything. If you've seen the boys chatting with Terry Wogan for his 1985 Christmas special, they're so loose and attractive. Then on DYNASTY, they're so stiff and rigid -- and not in a good way.

But that's what S.A.D. mixed with neurotic fear will do to people.

That would have necessitated clearance from the BBC because Wogan's show was BBC property & copyright to them.

Still, it's a great show even though Terry's attempts to be funny about Steven's sexuality come across as rather painful viewing and slightly homophobic unfortunately which is a shame. I can forgive Terry for that as it's clearly meant to be humorous rather than demeaning towards the LGBTQ community. I don't think Terry would ever consciously hurt the LGBTQ community, it's just a rather unfortunate way of being funny which would probably be frowned upon these days. I bear him no ill will about that because this was back in the 1980's when people weren't aware of the consequences of what they were saying. He'll always be a great chat show host. :)
