At the time I didn't hate it - I suspect I would were I to watch it for the first time now, but nostalgia helps me to find stuff to enjoy in it still: from some good actors to the attempt to give closure to the main characters. All the same, the whole tone felt wrong and it was a far more shallow and hollow experience than either of the first films. It's one of my more disappointing film experiences and particularly so with it being promoted as the final act of a trilogy.</p></blockquote><p></p>
