I've been thoroughly enjoying this in recent weeks. It's been my travelling music for some short car journeys and is proving very enjoyable for some added atmosphere while doing housework as well. The expanded Scream 3 soundtrack is especially welcome. It feels like it's been a long time coming. I've realised that there are many tracks on the Scream 2 Deluxe I've barely listened to, despite owning the individual DE for over five years now, so that feels new and exciting all over again. Must confess I haven't played the 2022 film score at all yet. This must be remedied soon, but since it's not Beltrami I'm not in a rush. It may not feel like a true Scream soundtrack. I've resolved this by making covers for Screams 3 and 4 in the style of the two earlier DEs (with matching banner, wording and fonts). I'm pretty happy with the result, and while such a shallow thing shouldn't make a difference to how the discs sound, I do believe I'm enjoying those two soundtracks more as a result. I also love all the additional cuts and demos from the first four films which appear on the bonus disc, many of which instantly conjure up specific key moments from the films.
