John Ross’s Character

[Scorp Noire]

I don’t think it would have lasted long without JR anyway. But I feel like I would have had more interest in the new characters if Cidre had built them around Hagman, Gray and Duffy & introduced gradually. I just felt no connection to them and only watched for the 3 musketeers.

My thoughts exactly. Back in its day Dallas was must watch television so my heart will always have a soft spot for those actors/characters and Dallas in general.

I feel the same. It's one of the few shows that I never get tired of. The cast, from top to bottom, was just pure gold and it's near impossible to recreate that magic.
