To a man who was once described as making a massive dent in the universe and who is very sadly missed - I wanted to mark what would have been Larry's 85th birthday with this thread. Love and miss you every day.

He will definitely been missed. I get so sad when I see on the screen watching Dallas. I almost forget the he is no longer here. He was a phenomenal actor. There will never be another. Miss YOU 1 and only J.R.

Larry's definitely in my thoughts today. He was a unique person who was always kind to his fans and he had a wonderful presense. Whether you met him in person or were just entertained by him on the screen he lives on in our hearts.

After his passing I made a tribute video to celebrate Larry's life. I thought I'd share it here:

This brought tears to my eyes. LARRY HAGMAN had such a wonderful personality. I loved that to watch him transition from such a fun Tony Nelson into a crude Oil Man like JR. That shows how great of an actor he was. I will miss him..

He was a terrific actor & it really irks me that the industry didn't acknowledge his performances as JR Ewing on the original Dallas.

I miss him a lot. He was a one of a kind guy & just lit up the screen whenever he was on.

I TOTALLY AGREE. He really did not get the recognition that he so deserved. His performance as JR. was stellar. He became JR. Larry Hagman is a legend. He will forever be remembered.
