Lord Langdon was too busy to attend his step son's wedding also Miles being arrested in front of all those extras, celebrating on what is clearly not the same day

So, if you come home early from your honeymoon where a fortune teller warns you of doom, you will be arrested for killing someone in Greece whom you had never met

So better never come home too early from your honeymoon. :D

But why false, when Dr. Parris really helped? o_O It just came out that Adam ... didn't do anything to her, apart from a kiss they both willingly shared before (!) they knew they were siblings.
I mean ... Kirby certainly would have had more reason to complain in that matter. :D

Wayne has only just had his vision restored and suddenly he is driving cross country!

You'd think Jason would take the elephant gun if he wanted to eliminate Zach once and for all

Funny how they think Sable is dead when she basically has the same blood pattern as Bobby Ewing after he was shot. Or perhaps the Colbys don't watch Lorimar productions

This thread reminds me of how fun it was watching the show for the first time. I hope you're enjoying it!

The show did have its issues, especially in its first season. What I still remember is the somewhat annoying faux-cliffhangers -- life-or-death situations so we can end the episode, which were resolved within seconds at the beginning of the next. Also, too many secondary characters with little to no story, personality, or interest, causing the show to feel like it didn't have much plot going on. BUT: They were willing to pay attention to what was working and what wasn't. They went with what felt organically right, and it helped tremendously. That's why it started as the Fallon/Jeff show but then shifted attention to Sable/Jason/Zach etc. The show followed what worked. I thought the show got better and better even as Season 1 progressed and certainly showed massive improvement in Season 2; even Bliss was given decent story.

The only ones they never managed to make click was Fallon and, to a lesser extent, Jeff. I still don't understand why they just couldn't adjust course with Fallon.

Overall, I enjoyed the show tremendously and think it's a shame it never got its third season.

I used to think like that as well and always mourned the not existing 3rd season ... until i read the interview @Alexis did with the (remaining) Producer and it became clear Bast and Huson were exhausted and on their way out by the end of season 2 anyway. Those two were the soul of the show ... and i doubt equally capable persons would have taken over. Just imagine those dreadfull Pollocks would have taken over full time ... no, no, no! :mo:
Today i think that it was for the best, that it ended when it did. ;)

I just hope he never watched that dreadful music video Monica produced for him, with those 2 female dancers waving around pink ... bedsheets (?!) ... god, that was SO embarrassing!

Is that wise, posting this on a first-time-watching-thread? ;)
