Server change and upgrades

[Spells & Karma]

The site owner has been in touch to let me know that there will be some technical maintenance on the forum shortly, which involves moving it to a new server.

The forum may be temporarily unavailable during the move, and some members may find that access is restored sooner than others while the changes take effect. This can take a little time to settle down, so please don't worry if you can't get back on immediately.

We'll post an update as soon as everything is back up and running.

Thanks for your patience and understanding.

[Spells & Karma]

Hi all,

Following the server move, it has been recommended that we upgrade the forum to the latest version of XenForo. This will cost around $75, and is a worthwhile step to help keep the forum running smoothly.

The upgrade is planned for November, with the exact date to follow.

While cost of the upgrade is relatively modest, if anyone is considering making a donation towards the upkeep of the forum, now would be a particularly good time.

For anyone wishing to contribute, there is a yellow "Donate" button near the top of the home page.

It looks something like this:

Just click through and select your preferred payment method.

Any contributions, however small, would be very much appreciated and would help towards covering the cost of keeping the forum up to date. There is no obligation to contribute, and we are grateful to everyone who continues to be part of our lovely community.

Thank you all for your continued support.
