Pam thought she couldn't have kids because Digger had neurofibromatosis but then she found out right before JR was shot that Digger wasn't her real father. So she didn't have the disease. On the show Pam didn't find out that she would probably never be able to carry a baby to full term until after Rebecca had come back. It was after that they started talking about adoption. But that happened after JR was shot. So your timeline breaks off before that happened, meaning that Bobby and Pam could probably have a baby if they tried. Just thought I'd mention that.</blockquote>
