I want Phantom Season 10 to end with Krystle, escaped from the asylum, hovering with Alexis over Dennis Grimes' body on the floor of the ballroom after Alexis accidentally shoots him. Fade to black. No music.
I much prefer your other idea, where Krystle and Alexis work together to hide Dennis' body in the very same lake that his own father was 25 years ago. Only I remember somebody wrote a fanfiction where it was Krystina who shot Dennis, so I'd take that idea, and have history repeat itself where Krystle convinces her young daughter that this is all just a dream ("I'm not really here, sweetie. I'll be home for real tomorrow, so you best get to bed so tomorrow will come sooner!") and is convinced by Alexis that they must hide the body.

That way, any potential 20-year Reunion can be about Krystina going on the same kind of journey Fallon went on in Season 9, where she's wrestling with repressed memories and having nightmares about Dennis Grimes.

If there has to be that 1991 REUNION, Krystle & Blake can have their little dance, but only because we know Caress is lying dead upstairs from a bullet wound delivered by, perhaps, Eva Braun.
Why Eva Braun? Why not Alexis, who discovered that it was Caress who informed Blake on when and where to find his adulterous wife with Roger Grimes all those years ago? It would keep the final scene of the series centered on the main trio, AND it would simultaneously be celebrating Blake and Krystle's enduring love, while also paying tribute to the lost/broken/still-faintly-sizzling love of Blake and Alexis.

Maybe, after shooting Caress dead, Alexis stands on the stairs and watches mournfully as Blake and Krystle dance.

THE END.

They're the same idea. But the series has to end somewhere -- the two leading ladies in limbo, potentially forever, in a darkened ballroom with a corpse.

If the 1991 REUNION happened, it would open up with Blake in jail while Alexis, drunk and hysterical, goads Krystle (both of whom are chemically altered) into dumping the Dennis' body in the lake. Otherwise, "Blake will go to prison and you'll never see your daughter ever, ever again --- don't be like me, Krystle; don't give up your children. It ruined my life, Krystle, and now it will ruin yours if you don't help me.!," Alexis asserts, desperate, drunk, and absurd in her logic.

But Krystle's on various pills, so it works.

Why Eva Braun? Why not Alexis, who discovered that it was Caress who informed Blake on when and where to find his adulterous wife with Roger Grimes all those years ago? If we're willing to have Alexis commit murder at the end -- and Joan wouldn't do it.

Eva Braun, her identity only implied, is the connection between the family and that crystal skull I'm so proud of.
