David arrives in Hawaii to meet Dr Carolyn Fields whom may help him, with being able to cure him of the Hulk or control it. Carolyn herself is dying from a terminal illness and the two bond over their troubles and fall in love, to which they marry. However, it's heartbreak by the feature length conclusion for David Banner, as Carolyn passes away following a Hurricane and David must continue his journey for a cure.


14. *THE ANTOWUK HORROR.*


After the Hulk is spotted in the ghost town of Antowuk, Harlon Bates thinks bringing the Hulks appearance to light, by making it public, to put a once recognized resort back on the map. But, his intensions on doing so, is to also fool tourists by scaring them dressed as a creature himself and this doesn't help, when the public fear for their lives and intend to kill whatever is stalking the town.

David goes to great lengths to protect a young boy called Mark, from his abusive father and soon gives Marks Dad a taste of his own medicine, when he comes face to face with Banners alter ego.

David is at threat of having is identity exposed, when a crooked reporter for the National Register, falsifies a story on a Pizza Restaurant on their hygiene and a picture is taken of David in the Restaurant kitchen. With the help of the restaurants co- owners, Banner infiltrates the National Register to stop the story making it to print. During the success, David inadvertently turns into the Hulk and is shot by Mcgee with a Tranquilizer gun, but Mcgee is also tranquilized with his own gun and the Hulk manages to escape and David's identity is protected.

25. *HAUNTED.*

David helps an attractive woman, called Renee renovate her house, but David soon discovers that all is not what is seems. He hears Renee talk to what appears to be her twin sister Becky, who died twenty years earlier, drowning in a nearby mill. David's investigations leads him to make a psychological diagnosis of Renee, who is really Becky and that it was Renee who died.


26 & 27. *MYSTERY MAN PARTS 1 & 2.*

Following a car crash while hitch hiking, David loses his memory and suffers burns, which requires to have his face bandaged, which is obscured when Mcgee arrives, who only knows Banners alias as John Doe. While heading to a special doctor, to help David with his amnesia, the plane carrying himself and Mcgee crashes which leaves them stranded in the middle of a forest miles away from Civilization. Mcgee's leg is broken and David assists him, while trying to make it through the dense woodland. Matters are made worse, when there is a forest fire and Wolves that are hungry. As time goes by and David tries to piece together his past to present, with a little help from Jack Mcgee, it soon dawns on David, that he's the Hulk and the Doctor that is trying to make the world and the man he's stranded with, believed to be Dead. As the near conclusion of the episode intensifies, David is forced to turn into the Hulk in front of Jack. The Hulk saves Jack, and is rescued, but the Hulk leaves Mcgee to be cared for and David again must continue his journey for a cure. Mcgee now knows a certain person turns into the Hulk - John Doe.

31. *THE CONFESSION.*

A loner, Harold Milburn, claims to be the Hulk to get recognition, after seeing the jolly green giant tearing up a computer lab. It later worries David that Milburn maybe able to identify him as the creature and pretends to be a reporter to see if he's telling the truth. In desperation to get attention, Harold threats to commit suicide, but almost gets the Hulk captured by Jack Mcgee.

A young man, with his girlfriend, are taking revenge on a corrupt corporate tyrant, who caused the death of his father, by blowing up his companies gas stations and inadvertently gets David involved. To prove that the corporation intentionally killed the young mans father, David urges him to go to the police, but the young fellow intends to risk taking vengeance, unbeknown to him his girlfriend is pregnant.

A chemical escapes from a disposed air tank, causes blindness and an accidental death at a chemical Warfare research Station, and is covered up by a general. But, when David is on the receiving end of the chemical, he too becomes blind and needs the assistance of his blind friends wife and eventually the Hulk to escape the facility in order for the general to get prosecuted.

David joins a cab firm, who's boss is under threat from Drug Smuggling loan sharks, who intend to take over her business. And by doing so, they use methods by scaring off her driver and attempt to murder David, who Hulks out in the nick of time and saves the day.



41. *HOMECOMING.*






David returns to his routes and is reunited with his younger sister Helen and estranged father D.W. Banner. David has held a grudge against his father for trying to control his life and has sad memories on losing his mother at a young age. A corporation is determined to take over the Banner farm by destroying crops, but D.W. refuses to buckle and almost gets himself murdered. The family reunion is brief, due to David's alter ego saving his father from a plummeting Crop Duster and continues his journey alone.


42. *THE SNARE.*




David is lured to rich, Michael Sutton's, private island, where a game of cat and mouse ensues. David must fight traps, solve puzzles and avoid the poisonous bows and arrows of the psychotic millionaire loner, who collects his human prizes at will. And when David turns into the Hulk, Sutton is more determined than ever to get his prize. However, there's only one winner and it's not the cat, but the Hero.

Banner meets a his Doppelganger, Mike Cassidy, a gangster on the run, not just from the law, but from another Mob, who want his head on a platter and David is the perfect fall guy to set Cassidy free.

The episode of the series to not feature Bill Bixby as David Banner. Jack Mcgee is intent on proving to his new boss, Patricia Steinhauer, that the Hulk is real, but she is adamant that he drops his Hulk fiasco altogether or he's dropped. Mcgee profusely urges Pat to compromise and he manipulates her to go with him to the Hulks last sighting in Indiana, where she observes the Jolly Green Giant herself.

Brenda Bennett, Bill Bixby's real life wife makes a guest appearance in this episode. Annie Cassidy has psychic visions of peoples past, present and futures upon being touched and shocked to get a shocking experience, when inadvertently and briefly touched by David and sees the Hulk. Annie later, supports and comforts David, when he thinks he's responsible for the death of a teenaged boy and is forced intervene, when the killer of the dead teenager, attempts to murder Jack Mcgee.


52. A Rock And A Hard Place




53. *DEATHMASK.*


Probably, the darkest episode of the series. A killer is on the loose in a small community and murders only blondes and covers their faces with a mask, after being murdered. When the masked psychopath attempts to take it's next victim, David soon becomes prime suspect and is put under interrogation by a once big city cop, now leading Chief, Rhodes, who becomes more and more sinister as the one on one with David goes on. And it becomes clear to Banner, that Rhodes is not what he seems - but key to stop David being lynch mobbed by a vengeful community.


54. *EQUINOX.*


David working on a rich woman's private island, learns that she intends to keep him there, due to the fact she is really into him and it appears somebody is trying to kill her off, during a masquerade party called 'Equinox.' During the party, Jack Mcgee makes an appearance intent in hunt down John Doe, Banners Alias and the two come face to face, although David protects his identity with a mask and Mcgee vows to bring the Hulk and John Doe to justice, for what he believes is the murder of David Banner and Elaina Marks. Can David manage to escape the threat of Mcgee this time and save the heiress of the mansion?

57 & 58. * PROMETHEUS PART 1 & 2. *




David befriends a young blind woman, Katie Maxwell, from drowning, whom lives in a logged cabin. A space rock crashes within their vicinity and David goes to investigate and ultimately turns into the Hulk. The Hulk reaches Katie's cabin and it appears is metamorphosis back to David is caught half way and is half Hulk, half David. It seems the Space rock has had an effect on him. Meanwhile, the Prometheus team are investigating the space rock that landed in Utah, and are followed by Jack Mcgee. Prometheus demand locals leave the area, as the rock poses a threat and then come to witness David's half way transformation and then full metamorphosis into the Hulk, to which they capture him and Laurie and are flown to a secret base in the mountains. Mcgee manages to infiltrate the facility by posing as a Prometheus operative. The four main scientists come to the conclusion that he can't be Alien. The Hulk manages to escape from capture and goes to retrieve Katie, but Jack Mcgee insists that the scientists help to him, who is John Doe, but matters are made much worse on their part, when it comes to tactics and both the Hulk and Katie escape the facility. Following their escape, David reverts fully back to himself and later on both he and Katie bid an emotional farewell, as Banner continues his lonely journey.

David experiments a drug on himself, to see if it will be able to control the Hulk, but it goes badly wrong and it changes him to a more deranged and dangerous personal for both him and the Hulk and puts the people he's staying with, in danger, especially Laurie, a young lady whom has fallen for him.

BRING ME THE HEAD OF THE HULK. *

A former Mercenary Le Font working for the rivals of the National Register intends to kill the Hulk, by suggesting it's a murderer. However, Le Font is anything but sane himself and forces David to change into the creature. However, Jack Mcgee becomes the Hulks unlikely of saviours in the episode.

68 & 69. * THE FIRST PARTS 1 & 2. *



David arrives in a small to discover, he wasn't the first to experience a Hulk out from Gamma Radiation. He learns of a Doctor Clive, that passed away years ago, had the antidote to cure himself of changing into a creature and locals believed he was the creature and had returned to murder a teenager a year earlier. During his investigations, he receives the startling revelation it wasn't Clive that was the murderous creature, but his associate, Dell Frye, who was madly in love with Clive's girlfriend, Elizabeth. Del wants to feel the strength again and overpowers David and exposes himself to Gamma to become a very aggressive and psychotic monster. David and Elizabeth put a plan in motion to lure, Del to the Gamma machine, so David can increase the radiation and inject him with an antidote, to which David will attempt the same procedure on himself. However, it all fails and it soon turns into a battle between Frye's Hulk and Banners Hulk, who fight it out in the lab, until Jack Mcgee and the local Sheriff show up and Frye is killed, make way for Banner and his alter ego to escape and for David to continue his long suffering journey.

A desperate reporter, Emerson Fletcher, working for the National Register, tracks David down in Atlanta and discovers his true identity and Fletcher assures David, that he can trust him. Banner explains all about, how he came to become the creature and why it happened, plus how his journey to finding a cure has continuously failed. Jack Mcgee later discovers that Fletcher has stolen his lead on the Hulk and goes to Atlanta to confront Fletcher and the allusive John Doe.
