In contrast, his pal Mitch (who started as a glorified extra) has seen his character grow and expand, and in my opinion become much more interesting than Benny ever has been.Oh, lord yes.&nbsp; We all know TP&#039;s inability or unwillingness to delegate is part of his &quot;success story&quot; but I wonder how much more successful this show could have been if he had conceded a few positions--like hiring a &quot;breakdown writer,&quot; someone who would address the problems of pacing in the stories.&nbsp; TP could still be the one coming up with stories; there would just be a set of eyes on those ideas, spacing them out and timing the events of different stories to allow things to overlap more often.</blockquote>
