I had to go with the original, Jacqueline Perrault. She did it best and kept people guessing even after ther death. Second Place would be Anna Rossini. I liked it best when the writers leaned on the history of Falcon Crest instead of just making up crap (Season 9).

Is anyone surprised that Jaqueline is leading the poll by a long shot?
It's nice that Nicole is currently in second place, but what I've always wondered about Nicole and Liz in season 7 is: Why is Nicole a woman from Chase's past and Liz a woman from Richard's past? In previous seasons, Nicole would have been a better fit for Richard and Liz would have been more of a fit as Chase's former flame. Or is there no deeper meaning behind it and Leslie Caron was simply the guest star who was available at the right time for the right budget and was therefore cast as Nicole?

Not one bit surprised @Monzo. As we all know in her heyday Jacqueline was an exceedingly attractive woman and could've had any man she wanted (remarried 3 times, after Jason). Any on the wanted radar were always obtained by her and of course she used them all, in pursuit of expanding wealth/power (a Nazi sympathiser, .oil man and millionaire art). After succumbing to the gun in CLIMAX it wasn't all that long until secrets from the grave surfaced and what a litany for fodder.
Btw that is an interesting take on two of the seventh season's guest characters. You make a very good point.
Chase and his stepfather Alexander Nicolau are talking about Jacqueline's past and her evil cartel colleague Johann Riebmann; (a scene from season 4, 1984-'85):
Alexander: "I was one of many men, who passed through your mother's life. I was the only one who really loved her. Jacqueline kept her affairs to herself."
Chase: "Surely during ten years of marriage you must have known she was involved with the banking business, for instance."
Alexander: "Yes! In Geneva I believe."
Chase: "The Standard Credit Bank of Switzerland."
Alexander: "Your mother was a fascinating woman; beautiful, intelligent and totally unprincipled. Certain areas of her life would not bear close scrutiny. There were certain dealings that were legitimate no doubt but the Swiss bank was merely a cover. A means of laundering and distributing Cartel profits, which were considerable."
Chase: "How does Johann Riebmann fit into all this?"
Alexander: "He wanted to control all of those profits and was willing to do anything to gain it, anything at all. Even Jacqueline was terrified of him."

In the Golden era of the 20s - 50s Lana Turner was much prettier than Jane Wyman. Lana had the nickname 'Sweater Girl' and Jane was 'Minnie Mouse'. In my opinion Jane was the better actress.

Lana Turner was prettier than almost anybody at that time. Jane had the Oscar and was more respected as an actress, but Turner was fairly good on screen. Kind of like Elizabeth Taylor would later be: gorgeous, scandalous, much-married and, in a pinch, reasonably effective as an actor -- flashing eyes and an attitude.
