Is that a fair assessment of Yellowstone?

If so, as I'm in the UK what channel is showing it?

I must check eBay for the DVD boxsets.

The only show I follow is Doctor Who. I did enjoy Neighbours & can't wait to see it return next year however I really do hanker for a show in the style of Dallas. :)

I think Dallas and Dynasty are more seriocomic. It is not a bad comparison, but a somewhat incomplete one.
Yellowstone is more gritty, more violent, more dramatic.
A better comparison IMHO is Bonanza updated to the present, with far more violent content,

Doctor Who? It will be a while before new episodes. The return of RTD is reason for hope. I don't know anything about NG,
have not seen him in anything, but I respect RTD"s ability and love for the show.
,and he must think NG can be good.
I would add that you seem to be a good person, and I don't refer to you when I say this.
I will not be silenced on my opinions about Doctor Who. This is a forum about entertainment,
and analysis of entertainment.
I have a right to express an opinion, whether I think a show is good or not.
