What I really absolutely f*****g hate is those unreadable imprinted expiration dates on medicine packaging.
At the very least imprint it in a different colour.

Around 45 minutes ago, someone's obnoxious car alarm started going off a few blocks away from my house. It's making all sorts of random sound effects and noises, with no signs of shutting up. It's not close enough to make the windows rattle or anything, but it is still pretty annoying. You'd think a car alarm would somehow alert the owner of the car that the alarm is going off if he's not close enough to hear it. I guess 45 minutes (now closer to 50) of that noise would qualify as a reason to call the cops since it's definitely disturbing the peace, but I think it might be easier to just set the car on fire.

Car alarms are so 2010. When they go off, nobody says "Oh, someone's car is getting broken into--someone do something to stop them!" It's now "Whose f%^&ing car alarm is going off? Turn that thing off! There oughta be a law!"

The terrible writing that impairs most tv/film today. Why is the quality so poor?

Case in point-- Chicago Fire and Chicago Med. The reason why that's a case in point is because, as I've said before, in the 70s on NBC, Emergency! was very much just about the work of fictional Station 51 in L.A. County (and just about the work of also-fictional Rampart General Hospital)-- no hanky-panky or "who's sleeping with who" or other mishegas (Jewish for nonsense), and no distracting alarms when it came to the medical scenes at Rampart (when something came up there, the medical staff went right to it, and we didn't have to hear that awful racket that Gaffney Chicago Medical Center has now in Med when bad things were afoot [medical emergencies, that is]).

People who decide you've "betrayed" them (and you suddenly become "not as perceptive") once you recognize their bullying manure for what it is and cease to tolerate it. And, inevitably, projection ensues.

So nothing really changes.

But that's called human relationships, isn't it?

If you agree to be in that kind of relationship and then decide that it's no longer working then that makes you the betrayer. I'm totally rooting for the bully.

Don't they know they can rotate the camera?
Don't get me started the number of times I witnessed people being interviewed via smartphones during Covid lockdowns where they had their devices sitting on the table looking straight up their nostrils. Have they not heard of tripods? In some cases hedge trimmers should have been used on those bushes.

Palm Beach Toyota has this spokeswoman who has been doing commercials for them for years.....and every time, she refers to the car company as "tee-O-duh".

It's "Toy-O-tuh" and always has been, sweetie.

Funny. I mean, the only thing she has to do is to pronounce it correctly.
Kinda like a carpenter who doesn't know how to hold a hammer. I mean, like, a real hammer. Not the suggestive one.

Diet soda. Maybe I’m in the minority here but I’d rather drink no soda at all than drink diet soda. And the name itself always confused me. Diet soda? I mean if I’m on a diet I wouldn’t be drinking soda, but if I’m drinking soda then I’m obviously not on a diet. The words diet and soda just don’t seem to fit together for me.
