Well, the season 7 cliffhanger was pretty weak in comparison to all the rest, but when a show is this good, I have to take a few weaker stories in hand.

I'm really shocked by the season 8 opener, no Lana, Lex or Kara, more so because I didn't think they really got a decent exit.
I stopped watching after they killed off Johnathan Lionel and lex I loved all three of those actorsvin those rolls I was happy when the brought led back.

I'm confused with the name Linda Danvers. Is she the same as Kara? I thought her human name was Kara.

I'm not sure how it works on Smallville. On Supergirl, her secret identity is Kara Danvers.

I'm only just now back into the show at season 7, but I'm already looking forward to no Kara or Lana.

Actually not, Jason. It was one who went straight to the Opening, which always is something that annoys me...none other than

Oh, him--interesting. I haven't gotten to that character yet, but I remember when he was cast. I agree, he's very pretty, though.

On Supergirl, her secret identity is Kara Danvers.

I've only ever picked up Kara, and then one episode she was referred to as Linda, it can be confusing with all these aliases

but I'm already looking forward to no Kara or Lana.

I haven't missed them at all, in fact I'm loving how this season is finally bring Clark & Lois together.

She wants to have superpowered sex with Clark.

I can't begin to imagiune how that would work.

There's the mile high club and then there's flying through the air....
Lana just kicked Lois in the face. I hate her so much.

I hate what is happening in the episode 'Infamous' I hate it, I hate it I hate it.

:frustrated:

So I don't spoil it for Jason

Why has Clark come out to to world that he's from another planet?

This is the worse, absolute worse thing and it goes against everything I love about Superman

Ah.......

I forgot about the Legion ring.

Panic over!!

I don't know what the Legion ring is, but if it has anything to do with sitting through an entire episode of watching something stupid play out that then gets wiped out like it never happened, I hate it. I can't stand "what if" episodes, almost as much as I hate episodes that are entirely flashbacks.

We are one and the same

When I watch a story I like to see it play out in the same timeline and I get so frustrated when I see a character in a life/death situation all so they can go and say "12 hours earlier"

Clark does annoy me with his 'we don't kill' policy. He banishes Green Arrow for killing Lex and now he won't kill Doomsday.

Get with it Clark, these people are killing others.....:brick:

Toni, have you watched any of GOTHAM ?

@Ome, yes I have, and I am waiting for Season 3 to start here in Spain. It´s a different kind of superhero show, but it´s a huge guilty pleasure! It does well the prequel focus though it doesn´t rely on Batman-related guest stars. It´s all about the atmosphere and the hints at what will come, which is not too far from "Smallville".

Purists think it doesn´t handle the comic-book basis right, but it´s thoroughly enjoyable and it is set in a world of its own, with amazing FX to recreate a corrupt city and tongue-in-cheek dialogues. You don´t have to know the Bat-universe but it helps. And the actors are great, especially the supporting ones. Jada Pinkett-Smith is outstanding: you really wonder why she wasn´t as fabulous in her other roles...

Since it only has 3 33-episode seasons so far, I´d take it easy with "Gotham", maybe pausing after every cliffhanger, which are huge too! And, well, if you watch it then you´ll see familiar faces too. The cutie from "The OC" does a fine job despite all the criticisms (though sometimes he looks a bit lost TBH) and there´s also Anna from the "V" remake, who is gorgeous and a great actress too.

It´s a lot darker than "Smallville" and "Supergirl", but that´s what Batman is known for in the current years: darkness.

Oh Toni, I'm sorry. I should have mentioned that I too have watched the show and was asking you, in case you hadn't seen it to say 'give it a go'.

I agree with everything you've said about Gotham and it's through watching Gotham that I started with Smallville.

Oh ok, no worry. I´m starting now with "Daredevil", which is the truly "dark" one. Though actually I must say that I love its lead Charlie Cox!! I´m taking it easy though, because I´m quite delayed with my watching of "The Flash" and "Supergirl".
