No real update on # 2.11 "The Car Explosion": I'm still not sure where the cliffhanger was filmed. I was thinking of the parking lot at Pepperdine University, but it doesn't seem to be a match. I'm pretty sure this is a university or college campus though.

The establishing shot of Steven's hospital in Singapore is stock footage. Not sure from which of (maybe even his his own) previous show Spelling "stole" it, but it's actually the entrance of the oldest part of the building complex of Leahi Hospital, at 3675 Kilauea Avenue, Honoloulu, Oahu, HI 96816.

Update on the season 5 main title:

The shot of Moldavia on the background of Michael Praed's title card is a stock shot of Èze on the Côte d'Azur in France.
I visited that beautiful little village twice in the last couple of years, but actually didn't recognize the church — and missed to take pictures. It was just now that it struck me when I revisited my folder of screen captures. They have a beautiful garden (Le Jardin Éxotique) in Èze, mainly with cacti and other marvelous succulent plants; it is located on the cliffs we see on the title card. The church is very closely nearby.
The address of the church, Église Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption, is Place de l'Église, 06360 Èze / France.

Joel Abrigore's apartment building in New York is the San Remo, a luxury condominium highrise, at 145–146 Central Park West in Manhattan, New York. The shot is stock footage, of course (How could it be otherwise with Spelling?!).

Update on # 6.15"The Alarm":

The establishing shot of The Denver Post is very old stock footage. It was actually the old building of this newspaper, located at 1544 Champa Street in Denver. They moved to a new building in 1950 already. The old building is still there and was brutally remodeled, destroying the art déco elements of the façade. You can still see the tiles above the first floor on the façade though. Everything else was ruined in remodeling. It now houses the Social Security Administration.

This establishing shot of Singapore (stock, of course) prominently features the Singapoe Telephone board highrise:

Ben's hospital in Hong is established by a stock shot of Leahi Hospital, at 3675 Kilauea Avenue, Honoloulu, Oahu, HI 96816.
We saw the same footage as Steven's hospital in Singapore in # 3.13.

The Hospital in San Francisco where Krystina is treaded: The establishing clip is a stock shot of the San Diego VA Medical Center at 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161.

This establishing shot is also reused in # 8.02 when Dex is in the hospital.
