I wasn't aware drag queens were exempt from being bullies.

In my experience, people who claim to embrace uniqueness and tolerance usually only do so up to a point. I don't know anybody that truly embraces everybody.

Frankly, I find it off putting that children are put in the middle of these culture war battles. That's why I also don't like when evangelicals try to reinstate prayer/God in schools.

@CeeCee72 also makes a good point about child safety. Both drag queens and evangelicals accuse each other of being "groomers." I don't know about that, but I miss growing up in a world where librarians read to children with no ulterior motive or agenda. Religious fanatics and drag queens have their own spaces to express themselves, so why do they also feel the need to influence children? Inclusivity is one thing, but some people want to push the boundaries to the point that it starts to feel more like indoctrination.

I used to work in libraries, before any drag queens came to do story time but when did have guest storytellers the parents would come with the kids so it would be a free choice thing. Also with child protection laws so strong anyone who is working with kids even for a one off session has to undergo a background check for any criminal convictions etc.

Drag isn’t my thing but if they are dressed up in fantastical clothes, makeup and wigs I don’t see it any different than the magic of a kid seeing a pantomime dame at Christmas time - we’ve never worried about that and it’s regarded as a British tradition.

That said - I think there are lots ways to promote diversity and the freedom to be yourself if that’s what it’s about. I could see how it would be appropriate for something like pride month because it’s natural for libraries to have guest storytellers at different times in the year. I once had to dress up as a the Bookbug - I’m 6ft 3 already but I was over 7 foot with the costume on and the kids were traumatised when I had to come out dancing - not as traumatised as me though!

Game Of Thrones actress actor explains why MeToo has been silenced:

Yeah, what a buncha shit.

MeToo fell apart because too many dishonest actors jumped on board to exploit the movement for their own reasons. None of which helped people who may have been genuinely sexually-assaulted or harassed. Because that wasn't the motive to begin with.

And people smell the falsity of it. Like with the parallel "woke" stuff during which nobody gave a damn about the marginalized communities they pretended to be fronting for. It was a vicious purity test.

But that always happens.

Reading the FB comments is fun. A lot of wimmen sniping that the men's comments "prove the point" of the video (although I'm finding few of those "misogynist" comments proving misogyny). One male poster asserted that "Amber Heard killed MeToo" which met with indignant responses from wimmens who indignantly snapped that Amber Heard was exactly the victim she'd claimed -- those commenters quickly revealing that they knew absolutely nothing about the Depp/Heard trial.

It's what you'd expect.

We know there is something wrong with men and "patriarchy" (even when it's correctly defined) but we're allowed to talk about that and to do so ad nauseum. But there is also something wrong with women (and it's not the result of patriarchy or oppression). And I've gradually come to realize that scriptures' warning about the dark side of women's nature is not coming from "patriarchal documents." Those warnings are true.

The Number One method of a woman getting "what she wants" (or what she wants right now) is to nag. Like a spoiled 9-year-old little girl. And the more one caves to her demands, the worse it gets because she quickly realizes that this is "what works." And because the verbal skills portion of the female brain develops sooner, she gets damned good at it pretty damned fast.

Feminism is the group, adult version of this "nagging" phenomenon. They just want even more shit. And they assume they'll get it -- the more they get, the more they complain that things are worse for them than ever.

We've got to start saying "no." They're actually happier that way. Or as happy as churning, unfillable vessels can possibly be.

The sad fact is, sexual misbehavior does exist. And the true victims of it are damaged by all the narcissistic junk dished out by the feminists (or feminist-adjacent entities). But they don't care about real victims. And the men are too weak to stand up to the rotten ones (because we pretend there aren't any) and she knows it. So it all just goes on and on.

I was watching an interview with Glenn Close from a few weeks ago. And she defended her "not evil" characters in DANGEROUS LIAISONS and FATAL ATTRACTION as women who were essentially defending themselves from the ways men had always treated women. Eliciting the expected smattering of applause as she grins her nasty Glenn Close grin.... despite the fact that the other female characters in those movies suffered dearly from her behavior. (Gee, I guess that's just the patriarchy pitting women against each other).

I'm sorry, but you have to view them as malevolent, willful 9-year-old girls. Because that's what they are. And act accordingly. But the men are just too weak, too enslaved by her -- not oppressing her.

Are their nice women who get mistreated? Of course. But they're not even a consideration in all of this. They're too busy being sidelined by the Amber Heards and the Marquise Isabelle de Merteuils, and the public support for them.

The reason the women are endlessly asserting how much men "hate women" (aside from the usual projection) is that she secretly thinks she deserves it. And the relative "lack of sisterhood" (except publicly, where there's lots of it) is because they know how each other think and therefore hate each other.

Matriarchies (like feminism and certain minority populations in the States) cannot heal. They cannot heal.

This popped up on my YT feed today for some reason --- it's kind of funny:

PS: for the record, there are killers in all 36 sun, rising, and moon signs. But these zodiac bitches have no idea what they're talking about.

For the record, Lindsay is a Sun in Leo/Moon in Aries just like baby-killin' mama Diane Downs -- but we don't have the latter's birth time, so we don't know the Rising sign (which makes a big difference).
