Thanks Alexis. I've been doing some research and found out more about all this crap going on. I'm also starting to believe that more and more are finding out that Corbyn isn't anything like the way he's been slayed by some of the media.

They also tried to smear him as an unconfident bumbling public speaker which I haven't found to be the case at all. He always seemed confident enough to me and managed to answer difficult questions. He seemed very genuine and open and never lost his cool no matter how much they prodded him. Which is more than I can say for May. She always came across as closed and cagey. She seemed well rehearsed and prepared but not natural.

The DUP’s Health Minister Jim Wells resigned from his post in 2015 after he suggested gay parents are more likely to abuse their children.

Iris Robinson, former DUP MP called homosexuality “disgusting, loathsome, nauseating, wicked and vile” in 2008.

The NI Assembly actually voted to legalise same-sex marriage in Nov. 2015, only for DUP to veto it under power-sharing terms.

It's shameful and embarrassing isn't it? I don't know how anyone can vote for them in this day and age.

Yes and a few months back, I wasn't sure if he was strong enough to take Labour into the election, however watching him over the past month has changed that and I saw very little of what people were saying about him.

The DUP are a party that contains people who want to outlaw homosexuality and Theresa May has no shame in thinking they are suitable people to rely on so she can cling on to power. She is an absolute disgrace and if she had any decency she would resign. However, decency and Theresa May are 2 things which you don't usually see together. What a total shambles she is and to think she tried to convince us she was "strong and stable".

Absolutely right. The knives are out this morning for Theresa May. I think it's only a matter of when, and not if, she will go. I cannot wait until she gets thrown out of Downing Street and maybe when it happens she will think of the thousands of people her party's cruel bedroom tax caused to get thrown out of their homes too.

The energy in this interview is quite incredible. Corbyn seems to get better and better and better - he's certainly very confident and upbeat here.

Apparently there have been objections to the use of the word 'bigot'. Can I just ask... What other word would someone use to describe climate change denial and the removal of human rights from women and LGBT people?

Sir Peter Bottomley, himself a Conservative, has today said 'I hope in time their supporters will tell them 'let's join the modern world' (about the DUP).

Portadown District LOL 1 has issued a statement calling on the new government to make parading in Northern Ireland a priority. In the statement published on its official Twitter page over the weekend, Portadown District said it had noted the outcome of the general election “with interest”. It congratulated the successful unionist candidates, and said the DUP now had responsibility to “deliver for the people of Northern Ireland”. Portadown District has been prevented from completing its annual Drumcree parade since 1997, and the Garvaghy Road Residents’ Coalition has refused its proposals for talks. The statement said: “We trust that the parading issue, especially in Portadown, will be high on the agenda for the new government. “It is clear that the endeavour of the Orange family to maximise the unionist vote paid dividends and consequently the DUP has been given the opportunity and responsibility to deliver for the people of Northern Ireland.

Today, the Queen's Speech has been postponed because Theresa May can't yet reach an agreement to get the bigots of the DUP to support her discredited manifesto.
