Besides, she's the one making it personal now with her baseless attacks against Bernie and his supporters.

Baseless? Bernie supporters who voted for Stein, just like the deplorable despicables, deserve significant life-long irreversible impact of 8 years of Donald J. Trump.

But she's a dirty, lying, entitled, identity politics-riddled whore.

That's it. Don't hold back. Go all out, Blanche. And a criminal. And the greatest villain ever. And Esther Shapiro.

Some women, and weak men, constantly use the assertion that people "always blame the woman" as an excuse to never blame a woman.

Hillary Clinton has left no doubt about her integrity with this book. She's a liar and a bad person.

You can be a bad person and still be a woman. Or a man.

I haven't read Clinton's book yet, but all I've heard from her so far sounds right on the mark, especially concerning Comey, the Russians and several other topics. Her interview with Anderson Cooper last night was a breath of fresh air after seeing Bloated Orange all the time.

Of course her being a woman doesn't mean she can't be a liar and a bitch. But when criticism of Clinton goes this far beyond excessive into bizarre, one can't help looking for what may seem as equally absurd or worn out reasons for that very criticism, including misogyny.

The most despicable of her critics want her to shut up and just go away. The others want her to take all the blame and shut up. But what happened was the result of a number of equally detrimental factors. Yet when she points them all out, they instantly say she's "whining" and "blaming others".

And why shouldn't she blame the others when they deserve it? Does that make her a bitch? Should she should just cover her face in shame, suck up all the blame and go away? I don't think so.

But of course. Why wouldn't the people who voted for non interventionism, socialism, and environmental protections deserve more war, climate change denial, and the gutting of programs that help the needy? If only we had elected Clinton, everybody would have healthcare, fracking would come to an end, immigrant families wouldn't be broken up, Wall Street would be regulated, and we would end all of our wars in the Middle East.

If you believe that, I've got some beach front property in Arizona to sell you.

Yes! Even Obama said many men likely didn't support Hillary because she's a woman. But had the Democrats ran a woman like Elizabeth Warren, I would have voted for her in an instant.

I judge women (and men) not by their genitals, but by the content of their pantsuits.

Trump's criticism of Hillary was never any worse than the things he said about his Republican rivals -- until he had the nomination and she was now his main opposition.

The things that the Republicans have said about Hillary have been no worse than what they said about her husband and what they said about Obama.

"Misogyny" is now used to insulate a woman from any blame, claiming that "they always blame the woman" as an excuse to never blame the woman.

And some of us have struck a pretty good balance in our commentary between wanting her to "go away" and take all the blame, and legitimate criticism of her pragmatic flippy-floppiness (to put it gently).

Her problem is that she's not just blaming others who deserve it. She's also blaming people who don't deserve it. (Like Sanders). But she doesn't want to ever be blamed when she herself deserves it.

And when she is, she calls it "misogyny."

Take all the blame? She won't even take any of the blame! It's the fault of Bernie, who both stole her ideas and was too far left. It was the fault of sexist Bernie bros who voted for a woman like Jill Stein. It was the fault of men pressuring women to vote for Bernie. How does such blatant lying not go from "excessive into bizarre?" Sometimes, you gotta call a spade a spade.

Yes. I even said I thought her "basket of deplorables" comment was spot on, and that she understood the difference between Trump's despicable supporters and those hurting economically. And she has been on the right side of issues in the past, such as healthcare reform and bankruptcy law. But you can clearly see where money and power turned her. I don't hate anybody for the sake of it, and I believe Hillary had the potential to be a great politician. Unfortunately, she squandered that good will and hasn't looked back. In the age of Trump, she could have done like Bernie and tried to be an agent for change. Instead, she's looking for scapegoats.

You know why. Because President Stein was inconceivable. One could've easily flushed that vote down the toilet. Made no difference.

Take all the blame? She won't even take any of the blame!

Oh, please. As if she could ever take enough blame to satisfy you. She's your principal villain.

I never said Clinton was flawless. But the magnitude of anger and criticism directed at her is ludicrous.

If you can't take the heat, get back into the kitchen.

Some of the slurs she received were vile, some were vile but typical of today's politics -- and no worse than what was said about Bill or Obama (or what the Republican wannabes said about each other).

But her current lying about the course of events regarding Sanders, and blaming him without reason for disrupting her campaign and the Democratic party -- and falsely claiming he made "personal attacks" when their positions were "so similar" (when he did not, and they were not) opens her up for valid trashing today.

If she doesn't want to get trashed (including by her supporters, like me) then she needs to stop lying.

Yes. I even said I thought her "basket of deplorables" comment was spot on, and that she understood the difference between Trump's despicable supporters and those hurting economically. That's exactly what she's doing. If she were a male politician looking for scapegoats (falsely in some cases) they couldn't scream "misogyny" when called out on it. They'd yell "fake news!" (a term Trump quickly appropriated, as he always does, when it was first used last fall to describe Trump's staff members who were caught working with Russian bloggers to spread malicious and untrue stories about Hillary).

BTW: and, no, I don't think Hillary is a sociopath per se. I don't think that's her particular diagnosis. But some of her detractors -- and some of her supporters -- are. And like attracts like, internecine as those relationships tend to be.

But as the saying goes: lie down with vipers, wake up with fangs in your neck.

I disagree. Had the Green Party received just 5% of the vote, they would have been recognized as an official national party. They also would have received federal funding proportional to the amount of votes received. It would have increased their exposure, forcing Dems to compete with Greens for the progressive vote. Casting a vote for the "lesser evil" results in minimal change, and would have felt more like a wasted vote to me.

Of course, I've also pointed out several times that I live in a blue state that was going for Hillary anyway. So my vote literally made no difference one way or the other.

Oh, please. As if she could ever take enough blame to satisfy you.
So that's how you defend her taking none of the blame? That's not even my primary objection. What really gets me is all the lying she's doing in a desperate attempt to blame progressives.

She's your principal villain.
That's because Dems like Hillary are a bigger hurdle to overcome than Republicans. Progressives want real change, while the Hillary wing wants the voters to be docile as they force feed us neoliberalism.

I never said Clinton was flawless. But the magnitude of anger and criticism directed at her is ludicrous.
That all depends on your point of view. I've admitted several times that Hillary has been the target of some ludicrous allegations, but I find many of the criticisms of her to be perfectly valid.

And it may have triggered that odious "Pharma Bro" to make his Facebook post that landed him back in jail.

See? She's still making constructive contributions. Too bad about all the misandry which landed poor Shkreli in trouble.
Shkreli is the very definition of a predatory capitalist, as well as a generally vile scumbag. I don't quite understand why he wanted a strand of Hillary's hair, but I'm glad it landed his creepy ass back in jail.
