The time I met Krystle Carrington....
Years and years ago, I attended my semester final exam and a very cute girl was sitting in the row ahead of me just to the right. She looked at me wryly and said, "You're gonna burn this test up..." She noticed me and thought I was "smart" (and then I promptly failed the test -- the school's). I asked her her birthdate, as I'd learned to do ever-so-slyly... I did the math, and figured she was a
Sun in Scorpio/Moon in Aries, from her birth data.
What was uncanny, was that she looked and moved
exactly like Linda Evans, natural blonde hair (which Linda doesn't have), freckles, impossible not to like. And it wasn't
just her appearance --- her demeanor, her countenance was just like Linda's, the way she walked around the periphery of the stadium seating exam room, her hand to her mouth tentatively, giggling as she chatted benignly with some of the other girls.
You couldn't miss it. I should have asked her if anyone had ever said she reminded them of Linda Evans, as DYNASTY was becoming quite the rage, but I didn't. (She
had to have heard it though).
I had no idea how important this meeting would be for me. Because, a few months later, I found Evans' birthday in the newspaper --- November 18, 1942,
Sun in Scorpio/Moon in Aries, and I immediately thought of that girl in my finals' room.
However, lots of girls -- or actresses -- could have that same Sun/Moon pairing, and certainly wouldn't necessarily look or seem the same (Rising Sign is very physical and attitudinal, and kind of the catalyst of the horoscopic make-up). There are
many actresses who are Sun in Scorpio/Moon in Aries and they won't overtly remind you of Linda Evans... So I realized, much later, she probably had to have the same Rising (also known as the 'ascendant') making her a
Scorpio Rising, too, like Linda. A
Double Scorpio/Moon in Aries, like Linda.
But, for some reason, I didn't ask her her birth time (which the Rising sign is based on).
Anyone could see it. Maybe it was Rita.
I don't think a week goes by when I don't think of that girl
And don't even ask me about Jesus.
